I am currently working on a game called “Tanks for nothing”. It is a multiplayer death match game where you play as a tank. The game is currently in Pre-Alpha, so these textures and models are only about 90% done, but are presentable.
One of the main features of the game is tank customization. Players will be able to choose from a range of different turrets, bases and treads. That’s why for the skull tank, each part currently has it’s own 512 texture, except the treads which are 512 x 256. Currently there is no alpha for the turret section of the tank. At the moment we are using the alpha channel of our textures to control the tank color; players will be able to customize the color of their tank. So at the moment, while we test things, there is no alpha.
The Juggernaut tank is a special tank for our “Juggernaut” game mode. One player plays the role of a powerful tank and eliminates opponents by ramming into them. As such the Juggernaut tank is not customisable.
